As a trauma-informed coach, I empower women with ADHD with brain-body intelligence and Gestalt-based coaching.
MY METHODS
what we work with
MOVEMENT
We tend to live our lives lost in thought. This can lead to us disconnecting from our surroundings. Movement activates the body and strengthens the connection between body and mind. Exercise can help to reduce stress and promote self-regulation.
EMBODIMENT
Embodiment encompasses many disciplines that have conscious movement at their core. The body is the focus for expressing and experiencing emotions, thoughts and patterns. The connection between body and mind enables comprehensive self-awareness.
SOMATIC PSYCHOLOGY
Somatic psychology focuses on the processing of experiences in the body in order to promote mental health. It emphasizes the importance of bodily experience and expression for emotional healing and personal growth.
BRAIN-BODY-INTELLIGENCE
New findings show: Body and mind have a reciprocal effect on each other in the system. By exploring this system, you can use your body intelligence to promote your emotional balance and manage stress.
Foundation: GESTALT-PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COACHING APPROACH
The Gestalt-based counseling approach offers you, as a woman with ADHD, a space in which you can creatively explore and understand your uniqueness. You focus on the here and now. Through this approach, you can explore your emotions, thoughts and behavioral patterns more deeply and develop a comprehensive self-awareness.
